ACE Kitchen Direct Installation Services & Procedures

What you need to know about your installation:

We try our best to minimize any discomfort you may have during construction and installation of your new granite countertops and cabinets, so we have prepared some friendly reminders you should be aware of:

after you sign a contract with Ace Kitchen Direct to have your granite or countertops installed you will be given a tentative installlation date. Our installation scheduling cordinator will then call you to confirm the date and also to let

• please have your sink ready and available by the time of measurement

• if you replace your cabinets please make sure all base cabinets are installed prior to granite measurement.

• have faucet, soap dispenser & hot water disposal at time of intallation.

• you must wait 24 hrs. after insallation to connect your sink piping.

• if you are having a 4.5 inch backsplash or no backsplash done then your installation will take only one day. however if you are having a full 18 inch backsplash installed then we will need to make a second trip which is usually 2-3 days after the origional install.

• Please clear off all items from the countertop before our insatllation team arrives.

• If purchasing an Uneven bowl sink, due to the limited space make sure you only buy a single hole faucet with no plate under. You may also add two more holes for soap dispenser or hot water, if you like.
